Years ago I found a weird artifact of the southwest US werewolf circuit – an oversized press flyer for four Santo films with both Spanish and English-language descriptions. Was it someone selling the notion of importing these flicks to potential industry buyers, or was there an abandoned plan to dub them for drive-ins and grindhouses?
Hmmm… my guess is they were marketing to southwest US Spanish-language theaters and just included English text to cover their bases.
